We do not take it lightly that we are coming into your home to improve your life. We know we have to work hard to earn your trust and will do everything in our power to make sure you are satisfied with our work. Q: What if something is damaged or broken?
A: We understand the level of concern, but rest assured, we will treat your home with respect. Accidents do happen. When they do, we will do our best to repair or replace the damaged item. If there are any concerns about how the process works, we recommend speaking with a representative.
Q: How does the estimate work?
A: We can give you an approximate estimate over the phone based on the services requested. We do recommend that we meet in person especially if there are specific concerns. We can suggest which services would be best based on your home and your needs. Our estimates are no strings attached.
Q: I don't think I need all of those services. Can I choose what I want?
A: Of course! With Reno Cleaning Services, you can customize which services you need. You can add more or remove others whenever you feel like it. We work for you!
Q: Do I need to be home while you clean?
A: No, in fact, most of our customers aren't home while we work. We will work with you to set up a system for a spare key or whatever you feel comfortable with.
Q: Do I need to provide any of the cleaning materials?
A: No. We will bring everything we need with us. If you have a specific request for cleaning agents, just let us know. We aim to accommodate you however we can.
Q: What about my pets?
A: We enjoy pets as much as the next person. For team safety, we ask that if your furry family member has a protective instinct that he/she be in a separate room while the team cleans. We hope to be around enough that your pets recognize us as friends. If there are any specific instructions you have for us to keep your pet happy and our team safe, please let us know!
